Voisard, who has been serving the Marion, Bucyrus, and Delaware area for over 30 years, provided residential and commercial heating, cooling and plumbing to their customers.

Rhodes will furnish service to all former Voisard customers, as well as complete all projects currently underway. Owner Denny Rhodes said their goal was to make the transition seamless, "We have prided ourselves here at Rhodes on consistently providing quality work at a reasonable price for 35 years. We will honor the contracts Voisard had in place, and service all of the equipment they had previously installed."

Rhodes also indicated that - although not a part of the acquisition agreement - the Voisard's employees who wished to make the transition were rehired. "As part of our commitment to customers to complete all projects on time and be available for emergency service 24-7," said Rhodes, "we knew we needed to have qualified technicians in place to handle this new customer base. It made good economic sense for us, and enabled us to better serve all of our customers."
